For us safety is a passion and a commitment rather than a business priority. It is rooted in human value rather than business value — and our people know that.  For over thirty years we've tracked the off-the-job injuries of our employees to measure the impact of our safety culture and safety training in their personal lives. Not something that many companies do.

Our safety passion and commitment has borne results.  We have world-class safety performance despite the fact that much of our work is in high-risk businesses where we do not directly control the worksite or day-to-day supervision of the employees.  Over the past thirty years, we have strived to maintain this culture.
